New Beads

I've been a busy little bee in the studio lately, but I haven't been taking many pictures. My camera is in the process of dying a slow and lingering death. I'm hoping (begging) for a new Nikon digital SLR for my birthday (which is in just a few days!) but until then, you and I will just have to put up with my yuck photos.

I have a few new focals and sets that I'm going to be listing on eBay - maybe - or Etsy in the next couple of days.
~Prom Night~
this one's actually listed on eBay right now. With no bids. None.
~Mermaid's Garden~
I'm crazy about this one. The color and texture are extremely cool.
(Don't you like how I talk about my beads like someone else made them, like totally shameless self-promotion?)

~Deep Water~
~Tide Pools~

Thanks for looking!

i really love tide pools bead... but they are all quite beautiful! will keep my fingers crossed for you with the camera wish! :0) i completely understand how you describe the beads - because it does often feel like things create themselves... our eyes and hands are merely used to complete the process... once again, thank you so much for the beautiful beads that you sent to me... i am so happy that we connected thru the bead soup party!

Thanks! I'm glad we got paired up, too. I think it was a good match (at least for me it was!) and I'm so happy that you enjoyed your beads. I hope you can use the leftovers.

I can't wait to wear my necklace. I have a gorgeous, gypsy-style summer dress that will go perfectly with it if it ever warms up around here.

Your new beads are beautiful! Just love the blues you used. I visted your Etsy shop...oh those coffee and donut beads, gunea pig and owl beads are adorable! You are one talented lady. :-)

These are beautiful! Love those blues!!!! Yeah, I don't why we are so embarrassed to praise ourselves. These are lovely and you SHOULD be proud!

Thanks for the nice comments!

And you're right, we should all be proud of our work. It takes a lot to create something and then put it out there for the world to judge. Everyone making a living from their creativity should get kudos just for having the guts to go for it.

Just placed a bid - I hope (for me) I win and (for you) that somebody else will start the competition, so the price increases ;-).

Gorgeous color on those last two. Makes me think of tropical places--which is nice since I've been freezing in PA for quite a while!
